We have successfully implemented a vision-based system for industrial job inspection, focusing on the quality assurance of jobs involving screws and pins. The system performs comprehensive checks on screw availability, pin availability, screw threading height, pin height, screw threading availability, and patches availability on screw threads. This system has significantly enhanced the efficiency and reliability of quality control processes in industrial manufacturing. Here conveyor is also integrated to make sure the automated delivery of the job part.
